HackBox is published by HJV Ventures, a business registered in Malaysia, under the Hider Studios brand. Email admin@hiderstudios.com for account, gameplay, purchase or privacy support. This address serves multiple Hider Studios games; include HackBox in your subject.

Account and saved progress

Use the same Google or GitHub sign-in account on each device. Open your existing PC on the original updated client once to upload an older device-only save. Wait for Cloud saved or return to the menu before switching devices. If Cloud pending appears, reconnect using the original device. Keep its local storage until the save has synchronized. Do not create a replacement account to solve a sign-in problem. Do not clear data as a first troubleshooting step.

Purchases

Choose Restore purchase while signed in to the purchasing HackBox account. Do not pay again to resolve a verification delay. Native store checkout is not configured in the development preview. Existing verified account access continues across supported platforms. For a billing query, include the provider's order reference, platform and approximate purchase date. Do not send card numbers, provider passwords, recovery codes or authentication tokens.
