Request deletion without the app

HackBox is operated by HJV Ventures, registered in Malaysia, under the Hider Studios brand. Email admin@hiderstudios.com with the subject HackBox account deletion request. Include the sign-in provider and account email or username needed to locate your account. You do not need to install or reopen HackBox. Never send passwords, recovery codes, payment card numbers or session tokens. We may verify account ownership before acting.

Request from inside HackBox

Open the systems menu, then Options, then Delete account. Read the consequences, confirm your choice and select Submit deletion request. The request is recorded for HJV Ventures to review and fulfil; it does not immediately delete the account. Keep the reference number. A pending request can be cancelled from the same place. HJV Ventures fulfils verified requests within seven days of ownership verification. Contact the support email for verification, status or cancellation help.

What is deleted

A verified account deletion removes the HackBox login account, associated PC profiles, cloud checkpoints, saved gameplay and personal data that are no longer required. It removes access to progress and purchased access for that account. Deleting a PC alone, signing out, uninstalling, or revoking a social provider is not an account-deletion request. Your Google, GitHub, Apple or payment-provider account is managed separately and is not deleted by HJV Ventures.

Retained records and local copies

Where required for tax, fraud prevention, security or other legal obligations, limited payment and security records may be retained for the applicable obligation. Shared-world transaction or incident journals may need de-identification to avoid removing another player's history. Infrastructure backups expire under provider retention cycles. Local unsynchronized saves and recovery copies can remain on your devices until you remove the app/site data there. See the Privacy Policy for service providers, retention and your rights. Support confirms completion within seven days of ownership verification. Retained records and backup cycles follow the exceptions above; deletion is not immediate or automatic.
